Guåhan-Based Local Deliveries

Guåhan-based orders are delivered on Mondays between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 10:00 am on Monday will be fulfilled the following week.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are "real time" and take into account the weight of the products you ordered and the distance the parcel will travel. Shipping is free on orders over $100.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Numalorefillery.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Goods and Product Returns

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at jasmine@numalorefillery.com with photos and a description of the damage. Numalorefillery.com is not liable for any packages lost in transit.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all the United States, The Marianas Islands, Pohnpei, The Marshall Islands, and Palau. 

Zero Waste is "the conservation of all resources by means of responsible production, consumption, reuse, and recovery of products, packaging, and materials without burning and with no discharges to land, water, or air that threaten the environment or human health” - Zero Waste International Alliance

We work with vendors who...

  • are local, within the Marianas, or within Micronesia before expanding our reach to the wider Pacific and then the United States
  • are cottage makers, small businesses, and/or family operated
  • ship with packaging material that is completely biodegradable or compostable
  • comply with our closed-loop system, where products are delivered to us in containers that when emptied are sanitized and returned for reuse
  • *If containers cannot be returned for reuse, we donate them to Guåhan Sustainable Culture, where they are given a second life as farming equipment.

1. BYOC

Bring Your Own Container, purchase one from us, or choose from our basket of FREE donations.
All containers must be clean, empty, and dry.

Place your EMPTY container (with its top) on the scale. Using a wax pencil, write the weight directly on the container.

Fill your container with product of choice. Remember to leave some space for your top to go back on. Be careful not to spill!
