Frequently Asked Questions

A refillery is a new & eco-friendly retail store where you can fill your own containers with products in an effort to reduce your waste.

At Numa'lo Refillery, we encourage you to reuse your old bath, body, and kitchen containers instead of buying new ones. It’s simple — we fill your containers with the products that you “weigh and pay” for. And get this — because you don’t pay for packaging, our prices for high-quality natural-based products are comparable to retail prices. Skip the wasteful packaging, save money, and create a better environment.

We offer household and body products like dish soap, multi-purpose cleaner, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and so much more.

On top of that, we prioritize sourcing from local businesses as well as sister islands in the Pacifica, including Maisa, Minus Well, IslaRae, Pulan Magic, Serena Sirena, and Eco Friendly Options — just to name a few!

We’re located where YOU’RE located. Our mobile business operates “pop up” style in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of the island every week. We make it even more convenient for you with our home delivery service, where we refill your containers right from our van to your doorstep.

All Guåhan-based orders placed through our website are automatically scheduled for locally delivery. All orders are delivered on Mondays between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 10:00 am on Monday will be fulfilled the following week.

It's important to become familiar with how to prepare for your delivery. Read the “Local Delivery” section of our website, and we’ll give you step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for your personalized refillery visit.

Any and all containers! Reuse empty laundry and cleaner bottles, shampoo and soap bottles, or even food containers like pickle or pasta sauce jars.

Are only requirement is for all containers to be empty, clean, & dry.

No container, no problem. We sell durable and high-quality glass and aluminum containers with various pumps and spritzers for your dispensing needs. We also collect sanitized containers from local restaurants, which you can take for free!

The plastic problem is often underestimated because we don’t see where our trash goes after it is cast into the garbage. But, here on our island, there is something we do see: We see our beaches littered with trash. We see our jungles suffocated with waste.

Numa’lo Refillery invites the community to become protectors of our island by treating the materials we use as valuable resources to be honored and repurposed — not like trash. Through access to a plastic-free lifestyle, we envision a Guåhan that is protected, secure, and safe from the perils of plastic- for not only us, but our future generations to come.
