This package contains two bags: one for sea salt and a bath tea bag.
Fill the bath tub 2/3 of the way with comfortable hot water. Rip the bag and pour the sea salt in the tub. Pour the bath tea bag in the tub. Enjoy your bath!
Suggestions:
Apple Cider Vinegar (for oily skin)- use 2 cups for the bath
Honey (for dry skin and normal skin)- use 1 table spoon for the bath
Whole milk (for normal, dry, sensitive skin)- use to 1 to 2 quarts for the bath
